You don't need special equipment or classes to practise Garbh Sanskar. A quiet corner, a few minutes, and consistency are enough.

Set up a calm corner

Choose a comfortable seat, soft light, and perhaps a diya or a plant. Returning to the same place each day signals rest to your mind.

Morning (5–10 minutes)

Greet your baby, take ten slow breaths, and chant Om or the Gayatri mantra. Drink water and eat a nourishing breakfast.

Afternoon

Take a short walk if your doctor approves. Listen to soft music. Notice and avoid stressful media where you can.

Evening (10–15 minutes)

Read or listen to one story. Reflect on its lesson and tell your baby about it. Close with a peace mantra like Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah.

Involve the family

Ask your partner or grandparents to read a story aloud once a week. Garbh Sanskar is strongest when the whole home is calm.
